Green Property is a property development and investment company operating primarily in the core commercial sectors of retail, industrial and office in Ireland and the UK. The company was a publicly listed entity up to 2002, and as a result has a strong institutional reporting and financial management background.

Over the past two decades Green Property has demonstrated its ability to invest through several property cycles and make creative real estate investments. Landmark transactions include the development of the Blanchardstown Centre in Dublin, the acquisition of Trafford Park Estates in 1998, the acquisition of P&O’s real estate portfolio in 2000 and most recently the acquisition of a 1.5 million square feet UK real estate investment portfolio from AIB.

The current investment portfolio extends to in excess of 2.5 million square feet with an annual rent roll of €100 million
